Who here has an XTEINK X4 eReader? I believe it's @joel that has one at least, and maybe someone else I know, but can't recall who.

My question about this device is, can you load eBooks into it or would you read those from a site somewhere using this device. Just curious how that part would work.

Or is this more for reading website content? I'm actually confused as to what this device does or is best for.

For a bit of a gaming update of what I've been playing here lately, that's been Windrose.

In fact, I beat the EA content yesterday morning. I have a total of 78.2 hours into the game, and this is just an Early Access with three biomes currently.

This game grabbed me and I couldn't put it down. Now, it's making it hard to find something new to play since I finished it.

If you like survival games with great content, then this is definitely for you. Throw in that it's pirate based too.

This game is much like Enshrouded, which was my Game of the year when it came it out two years ago.

Windrose is so far my Game of the Year for 2026 and it's going to be hard to beat it I'm afraid.

I only ask because I haven't been very active on Mastodon here as of late. Just been concentrating on work, and playing some video games in my spare time.

However, I do see y'all, as I still read most of everything that gets posts and cross my timeline here. Just been more of a lurker lately rather than one who posts regularly.
