I wonder what our #IARUHF world championship is really supposed to measure or reward in a HQ national team:

A: Strategy and fine operating procedures

(My experience: HQ stations are generally a pleasure to work!)

B: Ability of the HQ team to enlist support from their country's ham population.

The kind of person I am, I prefer A over B.

But I admit, from a global perspective, B probably promotes active participation in #HamRadio better.
