Not dotwatching HMR too closely this year. But it looks like leader of the race had to scratch because the seatstays of his carbon frame broke. ๐ฎ
His German 'scratch report' sounds pretty frustrated about the amount of money he invested to still not win.

Is it just my impression that HMR this year has fewer "big names" than before?
Maybe it's with the new mountain race in Turkey that riders distribute better (or top riders chose that one)? A lot of local (Berlin) people are also doing Trans Balkan Race next week. Might also play into it that many went there instead of HMR...

started this morning 8 am Greek time.
It's the 4th edition already.
Last year I rode it myself.
This year I volunteered as official
dotwatcher. Again, like for quite a lot of the previous mountain races. Am l addicted? ๐๐
