This isn't particularly new, and it only recognises half the problem. The issue isn't missing facts but unshared ontologies – Kuhn's incommensurability. At that point, 'bridging' fails because there’s nothing to bridge between. You're not correcting errors; you're talking past different worlds. Think less misunderstanding, more Venus and Mars. Facts don’t travel where reality itself isn’t shared.
