Zaterdag 5 november was het zo ver: uit heel het land trokken doomliefhebbers naar Baroeg in Rotterdam om dag 1 van de Dutch Doom Days bij te wonen. Het kleine zaaltje stond binnen een mum van tijd vol. Eigenlijk ook niet gek met de ijzersterke line-up: Baroeg weet bands als Saturnus, Esoteric, Helevorn, Poema Arcanvs, Majestic Downfall en Mourners Lament op een mooie middag en avond neer te zetten. Fotograaf Seth Abrikoos was erbij en legde het tafereel vast.
