The #WeekendWarrior #Flashfiction prompts dropped on Friday. Ideas completely escaped me on Saturday. Sunday morning I had a few fleeting images & a single isolated word. Five hours later I had a 743 word story-shaped thing. Whether it's any good or not? Well, that wasn't really the point. It always amazes me what tumbles out of my brain when I stop thinking about things and let the story do its thing.
