Just making a #coffee and thinking about how this particular hand grinder appears to be a widely common model.

I can't do a pic with a poll, so I'll pose my check of the grindo-geist in the following post…

So, after I sent back the Timemore C3s because of damage and my 1Zpresso Q2s now permanently living in my workspace, I had been looking for an affordable Travel hand grinder that still produces decent grinds for filter. Wasn't looking for espresso.

And got myself the very affordable Kingrinder P2.
38mm Hexagonal conical burrs. An ABS plastic body and catch cup. 20g capacity and lightweight.
Coming in at just 49 Euros.

Feels actually quite sturdy and after seasoning it a little with some of the bad coffee I had, I brewed my first cup and was satisfied.
It was surprisingly decent. It wasn't super muddled and it had a decent body.

No, it's no Commandante and no higher priced 1zpresso.
I would rank it along the 1zpresso Q air (the plastic version of the Q2S), Q2s or the Timemore C3.

It is what it is: a lightweight travel grinder that can hold it's own and make decent coffee.

It does need RDT, tho. Static is strong, which probably is due to the plastic body having some stronger static.
And yes, it's not aluminum oder steel body. At one point or another, it will break.
But it feels sturdy enough and for just under 50 Euros, that really isn't a bad deal.

I’m thinking about upgrading from a #timemore C2 grinder to a timemore ESP #handgrinder.
Unfortunately, there are almost no reviews or tests online – does anyone know if it’s worth it? How does it compare to other Timemore grinders (C3, X, etc.)? #coffee #espresso
