Home from #fosdem and #guixdays had an absolute blast! Thank you everyone for the great conversations and companionship!

Excited to be organizing next years Guix Days and the Declarative and Minimalistic Computing 🎉

Big thanks to @pjotrprins and @mragkousis for their hard work organizing both these wonderful events this year!🙌

Today I'm catching up on work, but I look forward to soliciting the community for additional help! It takes a village!

Had a really good #fosdem and #guixdays. My favourite part as always is meeting up with everyone. I’m not sure I could handle more than one FOSDEM a year, but it’s also a shame there’s only one a year :)

Hello #Brussels! Yeah #FOSDEM then #GuixDays. 

The annual weird feeling: in the same time, exhausting 😵‍💫 days but refilling 😍 for the rest of year.

@kkremitzki I have good news (kinda!), it actually looks like we may have to move #guixdays to the Monday and Tuesday after #FOSDEM due to a problem finding a location. @pjotrprins is organising it, final decision this week. More details on guix-devel.

In my coffee fueled energy I'm thinking of a "let's make a service!" workshop during #guixdays. Perhaps using #gotosocial or #honk. I'd suggest #tailscale but my service is already working.

What's the #1 improvement #guix contributors would like to see?

Timely reviews and actions taken on contributions. It was #1 in every question, with so many comments!

Lots of contributors thinking about ways to automate patch reviews and QA. The theme is removing friction from the Dev Experience.

Both Python and #Nix have approaches to this. What's the approach for Guix? Lots to talk about on this front at #guixdays
