Claire's had a good night's sleep; just look at her diaper! She's too groggy to realize that you're staring, not that she'd mind if she was fully awake.

You know how real-world mice appear to be incontinent to humans? In Claire’s world, rodents are truly incontinent to varying degrees. Claire herself has reasonably good control by rodent standards. That just means that she can mostly hold it during her waking hours as long as she's not physically exerting herself, but only during her waking hours. At night, she's a bedwetter, and quite a heavy bedwetter at that. Of course, she's a practicing ABDL (DL only), so she'll she’ll sometimes wear and use diapers even when she’s awake.
