The anchor office tenant of Bridgewater Place (333 Bridge St. NW) is expanding to another 10,000sq/ft of office space; to a total of ~73,000sq/ft.
Already this year the Swedish software company Configura has moved into 16,000sq/ft of the tower - after the building faced a crisis in 2025 following the move of Corewell Health to their own new tower in Monroe North. The buildings occupancy is now 71%.
