The best word I have for Bryan Hunter's #GigCityElixir23 talk on Waterpark. When you see someone build on the foundation of the work of a giant (Joe Armstrong) and hear how it's changing peoples lives in healthcare in real time, it's absolutely incredible. What a legacy for both men and their teams.

The week before a conference is always exciting. Folks start coming to town -Sigu from Kenya arrived last night. I get emails about logistics, which are fun because I love chatting about Chattanooga. I confirm all the catering orders, pick up the print orders and make a giant spreadsheet of all.the.things in my go book (so that someone else could pick this up if needed.) And even though this is my 4th conf to plan, pivots are inevitable and expected. There's never a dull moment and most of the time that is fun! I'm feeling grateful for awesome team members and vendors. #GigCityElixir23
