Taylor NuttallToday's DIY emergency job. No hot water in the house. Seems that the header tank was drained for some reason and when it refilled some air pockets in the pipes were preventing the hot water from flowing out of the immersion heater.
Basic technology to the rescue with a piece of hose connecting hot and cold taps to force the air out of the system :-)
