#Gearmand 1.1.20 is released!

With 77 commits since January of 2020 we have built up a lot of value in master without releasing. This should enable development and building on newer platforms while hopefully keeping things working on those older ones via the excellent work @esabol did to migrate us to GitHub Actions. Anybody out there that uses https://github.com/gearman/gearmand ?

I maintain it and it's been a while since we did a release.

I'm about to cut 1.1.20 with a bunch of little fixes and portability updates for some more modern build chains.

Anyway if you run it or are just curious, it would help me to know if the tarball linked in this PR works on older platforms.
