PaulThe best part of being the only brewery in Southport and the oldest working brewery in Merseyside; is being safe in the knowledge that the local #CAMRA branch will never put our beers forwarded to be included in their official beer festivals let alone nominated for any awards.
Other than that one time in 2009 where they did and we ended up winning Champion Golden Best Bitter in the #GBBF.
It's almost as if they're ashamed of having a local brewery.

Setting up a training brewery for people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Reading, UK, at The Castle Tap
We're going to crowdfund to set up our own space at the Castle Tap.
In the meantime we're brewing with our trainees on other exceptional breweries kit.
So far we've brewed with the awesome Elusive Brewing. The beer we made (called Count Me In) featured at the Great British Beer Festival.
