Just hoping more random tropo propagation pops up in the North Sea again soon. Still really pleased with the 2m and 70cn opening a couple of weeks ago. Kind of hoping it will happen again. In the meantime back to HF when I can and monitoring #GB3OY. Managed to get some #hamradio done today and checked out #VARA_FM and #varaHF

Out walking in Broomfield and Arnos Parks with the FT1XDE. Monitoring #gb3oy and beaconing on #aprs. Pretty quiet to be honest but OY normally picks up at drive time. #hamradio

Always tomorrow to get on #gb3oy to see if the usual crew as was otherwise occupied today in the end. Hobbies are important in life so need to make more time for #hamradio . Said would do some at the weekend so let's hope more success then. 10m band will hopefully become an option with some antenna changes.
