Chest & tris and fuck my tiddies are feeling it as bumped up weight on most lifts. Arms got a good pump too.
Shoulders & tris. Went a little longer than usual and feeling good and sore. Who’s gonna give Dad a shoulder rub then rub my belly?
Core and cardio… Hey son, get busy down there and taken care of Dad.
Back & bis. Feeling good but next round think I can up the weight on some lifts. Happy I’m getting closer to being back where I was before getting sick.
Weekend is over and Monday is here, which means chest & tris. Was able to move weight up a bit so really happy with that.
