I am honoured to have a friend who is an expert in #moxibustion, and specifically Fukaya-ryu as well! Felip Caudet has written a beautiful book on one of the great masters of traditional medicine in the 20th century, and I am delighted to have received a copy.

The #ShikiShima Train Suite (E001形) stopped in #Fukaya! This train rarely stops at this station and the fact that I was there on this day and at this time was pure coincidence. 😲 This train is by the way the design of my favorite designer Ken #Okuyama. JR East's flagship train is really beautiful, isn't it? 🤩
