Lord Doctor Olle WAfter the Five Points Brewery visit we went to their bar where we tasted their beers on cask. There we happened to meet one of their chemists who explained how in detail with a presentation on their laptop how they burtonize their water. Unfortunately I missed the entire thing. I also forgot t ntake any photos.
We ended the evening at The Pocket, a freehouse owned by the same people that own Southhampton Arms. Unfortunately the trains weren’t working and we had a hard time getting a cab. The pub seemed great, although a bit noisy.
