Es ist zwar noch nicht wieder #diday, aber ich liege krank im Bett und nutze die Zeit mein Handy ein bisschen zu bereinigen 😁

Habe jetzt mal zur #fossify Galerie gewechselt, meiner family eine #nextcloud eingerichtet, um endlich einen gemeinsamen Kalender via #DAVx5 und ebenfalls fossify Kalender (zumindest auf meinem Handy 😅 ) nutzen zu können.

Jetzt will ich gleich noch meine Kontakte umziehen.

Noch weitere Ideen? 😄 Ich habe Zeit!

I am using Fossify SMS Messenger on @GrapheneOS and since a few weeks it sends SMS to different numbers than the one from the contact itself. This also happens when I reply to SMS. I deleted the app and all SMS and the behavior still remains. The contacts are stored locally on the device.

Do you have any recommendations for me?

I've just been told about #Fossify, their gallery app, their calendar app, their calculator app and so on. These are so, so much better than Google at the very first sight. This is great!

Downloaded and installed Fossify Contacts, to replace my google contacts manager on my main.

Should have done this last long ago.

Заметил одну классную функцию в #Fossify Calendar, может стандартную в этой категории, но я как-то не замечал: в обзоре всего года, где от каждого дня помещается только число, никаких конкретных событий, она окрашивает числа месяца в цвет одного из календарей, из которого в этот день есть событие. (Как обрабатываются дни, где событие из нескольких, пока не понял.)

Причём похоже, что цвет это какой-то нестандартный атрибут: https://github.com/python-caldav/caldav/issues/98
…что, однако, никак мне не мешает задавать календарям цвета на сервере (#Nextcloud) и видеть в Fossify Calendar их же.

А то чо всё чёрные/серые дни календаря да красные. У меня, оказывается, дофига и зелёных! И других.

@keepandroidopen I should point out that on #Android 16, both #Google and #Samsung contacts apps FAILED to import legit #vcf contacts files; they may be trying to force you to use cloud. The workaround is to use #Fossify and that is what works for me. https://brave.com/blog/keep-android-open/

Ich bin so froh, daß meine Frau jeden Blödsinn von mir so mitmacht. Für sie war es normal, ein #smartphone zu kaufen, und die Apps zu nutzen, die darauf vorinstalliert waren. Ohne sich einen Kopf zu machen, daß es Alternativen gibt.

Seit 2 Jahren nutzt sie mein ausrangiertes Pixel 4a mit #iodé 7.2 das auf dem Stand Android 16 ist.

Wusste gar nicht, dass #fossifycalendar Monatliche Wiederholungen an einem bestimmten Wochentag kann. sehr praktisch für den #DID.
