The Faroese parliament wants to make it illegal (again) for people to order medicine to the Faroe Islands for personal use.
This is after we in @Fraelsisfylking read the current medicine law (that came into effect last year), and interpreted it to allow people to order medicine to the Faroe Islands. Which was confirmed by The Complaints Commission.
Making it illegal will be to the detriment of people in need of abortion medicine, gender affirming medicine, and more.
The new abortion law will be back in the Faroese Parliament tomorrow, the 2. Desember.
The law is not going to pass because a social democrat, Djóni Nølsøe, will be voting against giving women and others who need an abortion the right to bodily autonomy.

Counter demo in the Faroe islands: Abortion is liberation!
We call on all pro-choice supporters to gather at Speakers’ Corner on Sunday at 4 PM and counter-demonstrate against the anti-abortion movement with flags, banners, speeches, materials, and whatever else people feel like bringing along.
"Funny," how every time Kringvarp Føroya talks to us in @samhugi_vid_palestina, they ***must*** also include "someone from the other side," because they supposedly have to show "both" sides.
But when they talk to Zionists, the same standard is not required.
