This is the last amaryllis in round two from the bulbs I purchased last year. The next batch will be ready in another month or so. This is Santiago and it has a lovely, light fragrance of berries and currants.

Next up from the 2022 Amaryllis selection is: SAMBA. I've grown this one before and I always love coming back to it.

It's lenten rose season and you know what that means.... time to float them in the bird bath. It's like having rubies and diamonds and pearls floating in your own little ocean.

First round of the amaryllis is at its peak now. Bogota is the tallest amaryllis I think I've ever grown, topping out at 44". It is shown here with Magnum, a dark red beauty with a white blush on the tips of the petals.
