Ein Termin in einer Ecke von #Leipzig, in die es mich sonst eher selten verschlägt, führte zu einer erfreulichen Entdeckung: dem #FIXcoffee, einem #SpecialtyCoffee Shop mit hervorragendem #FlatWhite (die Bohnen waren von der Dortmunder Rösterei #NeuesSchwarz) und einem südirischen #Barista, der sein Handwerk offenkundig versteht. Einzig beim Minimalismus der Innengestaltung wurde aus meiner Sicht etwas über das Ziel hinausgeschossen. ☕️

OMG this is the best!!!! Sat in a coffee shop in #sherringham enjoying this #flatwhite. Chap who made it started his training 10 years ago in Australia. He makes every coffee with care and looks like he really enjoys the process. Super impressed. Love supporting local.
