I met Roxane Gay 💜 at the signing for Hunger, and Carolyn Paul & Wendy Macnaughton 💜 at the signing for Lost Cat (Wendy also drew two cats, for my wife & me). Alison Bechdel signed and illustrated my preordered copy of The Secret to Superhuman Strength after a 2021 (pandemic) online launch event. And it's always special to get a signed book from perhaps lesser-known authors I know personally. #sheroes #feministFanGirl
