I work for DKMS a non-profit that aims to help blood cancer patients. In my team we are developing on multiple Salesforce orgs that are part of a larger IT infrastructure. Overall, the IT services part of the company is around 100 people.
We are searching in #Tübingen or #Köln with about half the team being at each location. Homeoffice is possible for 125 days per year.
We work in a scrum-like process and have a heavy emphasis on good communication within the team and towards others. I can't tell you how amazing the product team is: the team is mostly self-managed, we do support each other a lot and have healthy communication in case of conflicts (which are rare, it's more like "you seemed annoyed with me today, did I do anything wrong?", "no just a bad day, nothing to do with you"). Multiple members of the product team are queer.
The job requires you to speak english very well and to speak at least some german.
