I was exploring the fediverse today, and appropriately enough, I landed on the instance map at Fediverse Explorer. Zooming into my area, I found several locally hosted instances. And all this time I thought that me and one other guy were the only fedi denizens within 50 miles. I was wrong! Check it out, you might be surprised, too!

Super cool to see the fediverse tool I made got some decent traffic last week. HOWEVER upon googling "fediexplorer" turns out not only does it not show up on the first page, but there's also like 5 other tools with the same name. Could pivot and try to rename it or leave it and try to compete.
