Adding to my list of cooking experiments that worked this #toastietuesday ... grilled cheese in the oven! nonstick baking paper (on a baking sheet):

bread-cheese-tiiiiny layer yellow mustard-ham cheese-bread.... butter top and bottom

420F 5 min each side in oven (10m flip once). Perfectly crispy, all toasties are done at the same time... no standing around the stove, scales well (to size of your baking sheet).
