The country and it's long-suffering citizens will continue to sink till everyone wishes to rejoin.
Climbing aboard a sinking vessel or melting iceberg will cease to offer hope, even to the dim. Crowded lifeboats to the EU on their Terms - Euro, Schengen etc. is inevitable IMHO.

Can we, please, have a law to address Irresponsible Reporting in the media, with Complaints by, say, 1,000 or more, handled by an independent Citizens Assembly and, when upheld, redress to include a requirement that:
Retractions be the same:
° Size
° Prominance
° Repeated as often as original lie

That would be a step forward for the country.

Nothing, or little, happened without our say so, or even, our instigation.
We've gone from being 'top dog' to 'also ran'.
There's no denying it.
Where we had influence over 400 million, we now have none!
