Little morsels of apple cake goodness. The spiced honey and rum whipped cream to go with it made for a delectable treat.

I'm not usually one for baked goods but recently an older Gordon Ramsay holiday special I watched got me in the mood for fall goodies. I picked the apples from a neighbor's tree and truly in the spirit of the season's bounty, I shared my little cakes with friends.
