Strange, just returned home, nothing in letterbox or even left outside door, check photo "proof" driver posted, was them holding parcel inside their *van*. Not exactly proof of delivery, is it?

Find it dumped inside entrance to tenement block, simply thrown behind main street door, abandoned. Not the first time from Evri.

Yesterday
#Evri said they delivered my item to an enclosed porch.
Impossible. It was locked.
No item

Today
#Evri said they tried to deliver but the “Business was closed”
I live in a house and if they had knocked / rung the bell my dogs would have gone off.
No item.

From now I will ask a business who they use for delivery and if they say #Evri they will not get my business.

EVRI have attempted delivery to the wrong building and then given up.

Every other delivery company manages this, somehow EVRI does not....I suspect something....

Any order I receive an #Evri delivery notice for, I will be cancelling.

Hey businesses! If you're going to charge #postage / #delivery, then you absolutely should be giving your customers a choice.

Charging £5 for a crap service you have a contract with, but is totally incapable of finding my place and dumps parcels in nearby streets, doesn't cut it.

Either it's free and you accept that your delivery service is shite and will cost you money & customers. Or you charge and the customer chooses a service they are confident can deliver!
