The @EUCommission today unveiled its #EUInc proposal. It provides for a European #corporate rulebook with a single, centralized corporate registration (initially as a central interface for national registrations; later on with a centralized EU registration). Its aim is to make it easier for businesses to start, operate and grow across the EU.

The EU commissioner in charge of the #EUInc says the project needs to get over the line now or risk never happening at all. He also defended it against criticism from trade unions.
