I've been toying with the idea of organizing #competitions to help support #opensource in #engineeringcolleges . In different parts of the world - contributing to open source, even better - winning, could be pretty good.
I have no idea where to start, or if I'll start, but I wanted to float the idea - it doesn't have to me that starts it either. If we start having more of these contributions, I think we'd generate a lot of excitement, and bring great contributions too. (...)
