It is almost that time of year where I have to declare "email bankruptcy"
My personal email has 2400+ unread emails (in Primary) and countless others in secondary mailboxes.
The only sensible way to deal with it is to declare #emailbankruptcy and mark them all as read and remove them from the inbox, and start again in January.
Does anyone else do this to preserve their sanity?
I'm back in the office next week - I'm contemplating taking a note out of @PeterHald 's father's book and declaring #EmailBankruptcy on Monday - I haven't dared open the dreaded #inbox since IUGG, 2 weeks ago... 😖😖😖

You're a professor, something important is likely to be there!" His answer: "Yup, I'm the professor. If it is important, they'll write again."
