#london, UK. Another month, another visit to London 😅. This time I was invited as a speaker at the Karst conference. I took a day extra to visit (the least British) British Museum and seek out the Babylonian clay complaint tablet to #eanasir, now notorious seller of sub-par copper. I was also recommended to see the Lewis chessmen, where the Queen looks like she's so 'done' and questioning here life choices. The room about the Sutton Hoo ship burial also speaks to the imagination and is very informative. After spending way to many hours in the Museum I took a quick stop at the Wellcome Collection for their wonderful bookstore and a cake, dinner at Ta'mini for amazing Lebanese Manakeesh, and a stroll around Camden before heading back to Belgium.
