Ultimately, Durham hangs potential criminality (at least with respect to the FBI) on the Carter Page FISA applications, a suggestion that by not alerting the FISA Court that (Russia claimed) Hillary had this plan, the FBI was withholding what he calls “exculpatory” information. The #DurhamReport was a huge bust. After months (years?) of hype as promising the greatest expose' of FBI abuse of power in history, the result was a giant nothing-burger. No arrests or even accusations of criminal wrongdoing. ONE guy gets 400 hours of Community Service.
