I can't get over how visibly cheap the fabrics are in the Douluo Continent costumes. A lot of details _screams_ fake leather and nylon. But it's not all bad. A+ for all the textures in Ou Si Ke's clothes here - gives a lot life to the outfit. And while I can't be 100% sure it looks like the dog tooth* pattern in the collar lining is woven, not printed.
(*not sure the pattern is called dog tooth - could be a simple four thread diamond.)
If I had a nickel every time Xiao Zhan's character accidentally causes an adopted sibling to lose their magical abilities I'd have two nickles. It's not much, but it's weird it happened twice.
_Please_ let this love triangle drag out for a few episodes! It's hilarious, and the actors are clearly giving it all (ie. having a blast)!
The print on his cape and hood is not bad, but at first I thought it was made from that kind of black non-woven used in packaging for laptops etc.
