That tool is Chromoscope - a map of the astronomical sky (in Galactic coordinates) that lets you fade between different wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum from radio waves to gamma rays. https://chromoscope.net/

Not 100% sorted out, but here's a quick Friday hack that finds which JWST observations overlap with TESS in the month of June 2023. This was experimenting with Multi-Order Coverage maps and MAST footprints, but more work is needed to work out a few details. #dotAstro #astronomy
