I am no longer taking trips out of town. I used to. But the return trip is unpaid and costs me 25c/km in fuel, or 55c/km with maintenance and depreciation. So the return trip could cost me $5-10! #deliverator
Deliveries are back on the table, I did some calculations and am now refusing certain trips to keep my mileage down #deliverator
With fuel going up so much, I MAY use my scooter for deliveries soon. But sometimes I go down dirt roads and extreme hills - my scoot is not the best on those. I am also a bit worried about how to hear people if I don't take my helmet off every time I pick up/drop off. It's going to be really annoying to do that about 6 times an hour. Current price of diesel in #Launceston is 228c a litre. #deliverator #fuel
I have moved to delivering during the day because I hate having to stop writing to go out, I prefer the feeling that I can write in the afternoon and just stop when I feel like it #deliverator
