Arches - my absolute favourite paper to work with.

300gsm rough (cold press), 10 yard roll, two deckle edges.

Used over a yard today.

No other part of the process has the same sense of anticipation as cutting and preparing from Arches rolls.

This is it. Make it good.

After being rolled up, the paper is tense. Coating with cyanotype, the gentle brush strokes help it relax.
