Good morning everyone, yesterday the jury started deliberating in #Daybell. I was at the doctor for part of the closings trying to wrap up a makeshift ASD evaluation. My doctor doesn't have the ADOS test, so he gave me the AQ instead. He said his company doesn't have the funds for him to order the correct tests. He said he did extra trainings early on, and that's why the company doesn't have the money for it.

A deteective in #Daybell just testified about chad Daybell searching "turn off location services on Iphone" in Google. He also was able to track deletion history. this is why Google is bad, people! No one should ever use it.

After the prosecution rested today in #Daybell, the defense argued for directed verdict. This is routine. However Judge Boyce brought up a concern with the amended indictment.
He said while changing it back in February of this year, the state switched the date of JJ Vallow's passing from September 2nd/23rd when it actually was, to September 8th and 9th. This was obviously a mistake by the state, and they said they did not realize this. Boyce said they couldn't amend the charging document after they've already rested their case.
They're coming back to court at 2:30 mountain to have further hearing on this issue. I've found the indictment, so I'm going to read it.

Good morning everyone, I have a local case I need to undertake this morning before following #Daybell, but that should be a short status hearing. Also, I'm trying to find an accessible version of the James and Elena story that Chad wrote Lori, anyone have any ideas? It's been mostly reduced to screenshots, which do not help a blind person.
