AGI - Condanna a 20 anni di carcere per Alessandro Chiani, nel processo a Milano per il tentato omicidio e la rapina ai danni di Davide Cavallo, il 22enne studente della Bocconi, vittima del brutale pestaggio avvenuto il 12 ottobre scorso, nella zona di Corso Como all’esterno di una discoteca del capoluogo lombardo.

La vittima a causa delle coltellate subite ha riportato una lesione permanente. La sentenza è stata emessa con il rito abbreviato dal gup di Milano Alberto Carboni. Chiani, 19 anni, è considerato l’esecutore materiale del pestaggio. Con lui è coimputato, Ahmed Atia ritenuto il ‘palo’: il 18enne è stato condannato a 10 mesi e 20 giorni per omissione di soccorso. La Procura aveva chiesto 12 anni (per Chiani) e 10 anni (per Atia).

Stando alle indagini del pm di Milano Andrea Zanoncelli condotte dai poliziotti del commissariato Garibaldi-Venezia i due maggiorenni e altri 3 amici minorenni la sera del 12 ottobre 2025 in viale Montegrappa a Milano avrebbero aggredito Cavallo con calci, pugni e un coltello dopo che quest'ultimo li aveva raggiunti nel tentativo di recuperare i 50 euro che gli erano stati appena rubati.

"Se posso essere schietto non era quasi dispiaciuto, Davide era dispiaciuto. La vittoria di oggi di Davide è stata l'abbraccio” con gli aggressori “l'ha detto, ma non come vittoria, ma che il piacere di ritrovare due persone a cui lui non aveva motivo, anche se in parte da difensore dei genitori, papà, lo capisco con difficoltà, ma Davide non aveva, lui, motivo di vendetta nei loro confronti". Sono le parole dell'avvocato Luca Degani, che assiste la famiglia del giovane aggredito.
