Bargaining time again between #Curtin management and the #NTEU.

They've had 4 formal meetings, and management hasn't even deigned to outline what its own positions are, or could be, or responded meaningfully to the union's positions. Some of the key managers have gone on leave during these "negotiations" without delegating their responsibilities, a fact that the union was asked not to discuss.

The cynicism, and the transparent sabotage of the process, is breathtaking.

Management, why are you even here? Some of us lowly academics and professional staff are trying to run a university. Not you, apparently.
