Lilbits: Surface Pro with Snapdragon X2 Elite, another Strix Halo mini PC, and more Linux-like tools for Windows

This week Microsoft unveiled the Surface RTX Dev Box mini PC with an NVIDIA RTX Spark processor and a Surface Laptop Ultra with the same chip. Both are expected to arrive later this year and both are aimed squarely at developers. And last month the company introduced business-class Surface Pro and Surface Laptop models powered by Intel Panther Lake processors.
