For this week's #MusicWomenWednesday, UK artist GLITTER ON THE MATTRESS, which is the solo project of Esmé, and she self describes it as 'songs about being sad and gay'. 😂 Could also be described as "twee punk" or "cuddlecore". Really digging the EP 'Leave Me Alone! Trying To Live :(' she put out last month. Two simple, catchy, fuzzy, cool tunes. Almost a lo-fi Elastica vibe maybe?
