February was #figuary, when #croquiscafe shared a new figure drawing video every day – and I loved it!
I really enjoyed drawing Astrid’s elegant long lines and those beautiful red braids, but most of all how there is something very mysterious about her, which even made a floating pose work.

Well, almost a month’s break from drawing, had just too much of everything to be able to take time and concentrate. Fairly happy with this one though. Reference pic from #croquiscafe
Did some #croquis drawings using #croquiscafe fast sketch as the reference. 1-2 minute poses are still hideous, but these 5-minute ones turned out better than I probably had expected. Should do this more often, it is a merciless but very effective excercise.
