Alan Martello@kerouac666 @tchambers I’m not an attorney, but according to at least one site mugshots across the United States in all jurisdictions are part of the public record, just like court transcripts for example, and are in the public domain. I’d love a copyright expert to weigh in. Local and state laws / statutes are also public record and can not be paywalled if online.
