2/2 The experts of #ConstituionalLaw say, that the speaker of the house Jussi #Hallaaho should then ask the #parliament to gather; anything else woud be un-democratic.

Halla-aho hasn't so far been exactly acting how a speaker of the house should act (no surprise there).

Then there's the question about what #Orpo said: "there's no need"

Was it already a slip to the #authoritarism that we've seen happening in other countries where the #FarRight has gain power, or was it just bad communication?

1/2 The next crisis in #Finland?

Might be a #ConstituionalLaw -crisis.

Four opposition parties want to intermit the summer break of the #parliament to have a #ConfidenceVote about the racist minister Riikka #Purra. And the fifth one is open for it, too.

Prime minister Petteri #Orpo said yesterday, that "there's no need for that".

However, our constituional law says that the #government and it's ministers must have the confidence of the parliament.
