RT: @SouveraineTech L'autorité italienne de la concurrence a annoncé vendredi avoir ouvert une enquête sur #Microsoft concernant des pratiques commerciales présumées déloyales liées à la hausse du prix de son abonnement « #Microsoft365 ».
Le régulateur a indiqué que le fabricant de Windows n'avait pas suffisamment informé les consommateurs que son service Microsoft 365 avait été intégré aux outils d'intelligence artificielle #Copilot et #Designer.
Les consommateurs ont été automatiquement basculés vers une formule d’abonnement plus coûteuse, à moins qu’ils n’aient expressément choisi de ne pas y souscrire, tout en ne disposant pas d’informations suffisantes pour décider de renouveler ou non leur contrat, a ajouté l’autorité de contrôle dans son communiqué.
Elle a ajouté que la pratique du géant technologique pouvait être considérée comme agressive, car elle limitait indûment la liberté de choix des consommateurs.
