For a decade we got paid for what we knew. AI wrote that asset down to zero.

Reproducible knowledge is free and instant now. Judgment — context, accountability, the call you own in production — is the asset that compounds.

Native Arm64 CI has been a real cost for open-source projects, so CNCF leaning on a $3 million Oracle Cloud credit donation to run Ampere-backed GitHub Actions runners is notable. OpenTelemetry, containerd, Falco, Jaeger, Longhorn, and Crossplane use it, with spend capped near $5,000 a month. When the credits run out, who keeps Arm64 CI alive?

Fragmented workflows built on manual handoffs are basically an operational risk waiting for the worst possible moment to break production. 🛡️

The challenge is not deciding to consolidate but executing the move without your teams feeling like they are losing all control.

Stop the cycle of shadow IT and start building a golden path that actually delivers on its promises. ⚡

Dapr 1.18 introduces verifiable execution, adding three things to its workflow engine: signed workflow history records, history propagation, and workflow attestation. Together they produce tamper-evident execution context, so a downstream service can act on proven provenance, not assumptions. It builds on the SPIFFE workload identity Dapr already uses, extending the question from who are you to how did you get here. As agents act autonomously, is this a requirement?
