No, there will always be an ethnical or political reason. Maybe it is better to call it the age of survival wars.

And they start with states bringing themselves into better positions.

And during climate wars there is no resource for #ClimateChange politics. Everyone gets up armed now.

There was a door of 8 to 12 years for climate change politics. This window is gone now.
