It's quite outrageous that they are putting Madrid as an example of climate change adaptation when they have been removing a lot of trees from the street and refurbishing squares and streets removing the green and shadow from them. Clear example La Puerta del Sol. Also they are highlighting the extensive use of AC to combat the situation instead of more green solutions.
